Welcome to Build with Brainyl (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, educational content, memberships, newsletter, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Subscriptions & Payments

1.1 Membership Plans

Build with Brainyl offers both free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships provide access to exclusive resources, premium insights, community participation features, and additional educational material.

1.2 Payment Processing

All paid subscriptions are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges (monthly or annual) to your selected payment method.

We do not store or handle your full credit card information.

1.3 Member Obligations

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate billing and contact information
• Ensuring your payment method remains active
• Managing your own subscription and cancellation settings

1.4 Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account.

Refund eligibility, when applicable, is described in our separate Refund Policy. Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee a refund.

2. Acceptable Use

By using the Services, you agree not to:

• Share, copy, or redistribute member-only materials
• Use the platform for commercial gain without written approval
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions, paywalls, or authentication systems
• Use scrapers, bots, or automated tools to extract content
• Upload or transmit harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the Services

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on Build with Brainyl—including tutorials, articles, templates, videos, images, diagrams, and branding—is owned by Build with Brainyl or licensed to us.

You may:

• Access content for personal, non-commercial learning
• Reference our material with appropriate, non-commercial attribution

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish content without permission
• Claim ownership of any material
• Share paid or member-only content outside your account

All material provided through Build with Brainyl—including tutorials, guides, videos, architectural examples, workshop recordings, and community discussions—is intended strictly for learning and informational purposes. We make no representations regarding the precision, completeness, or dependability of the information provided.

Cloud technologies evolve rapidly, and some information may become outdated or may not apply to every technical environment or configuration. You are solely responsible for evaluating how to interpret and apply the information. Any actions you take based on our content are done entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Build with Brainyl is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform.
• We are not responsible for errors, delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, email services, payment processors, or cloud vendors (such as AWS).
• No information or advice provided through the Services creates any warranty unless expressly stated in these Terms.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any aspect of the Services is to discontinue use.
