Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Build with Brainyl (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to provide meaningful, high-quality educational content and membership benefits. We understand circumstances may arise where you want to cancel a subscription or request a refund. This policy describes when refunds are available and how cancellations work.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only when all the following conditions are met:

  • The payment was processed through Build with Brainyl’s Stripe-powered membership system.
  • You submit the refund request within 48 hours of the original purchase.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Free memberships or community access
  • Partial months or unused time remaining on an active membership
  • Requests submitted after the 48-hour window
  • Renewals where premium or member-only content was already accessed during that billing cycle

2. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.

Refund Request

If you believe you qualify for a refund, email support@brainyl.cloud with:

  • Your full name
  • The email associated with your account
  • The purchase date and plan
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We review each request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Funds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Banks and payment providers may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.
  • Taxes or fees charged by third parties may be non-refundable, depending on local regulations.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We will decline refund requests if:

  • The request arrives more than 48 hours after purchase.
  • Premium or member-only assets (playbooks, videos, templates) were already accessed.
  • You decide you no longer need the service after using it.
  • An auto-renewal processed and content was accessed during that cycle.
  • The issue stems from device limitations, network problems, browser settings, or other factors outside our control.

5. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. When changes occur, the “Last updated” date will be refreshed, and significant updates may be announced via the website or email.
